I'll use my bank's bill payment service for the remainder of my loan. This mistake by Honda was compounded by the extreme lack of communication.

Feb 11, 2016 · Honda (think you're working directly with HFS) had your payment details and thus, even though it was a single payment, potentially they could double or triple charge you, and unfortunately they did end up double charging you. With the bank pushing the payment to Honda, unless the bank/credit union makes the mistake, Honda can't get your money ...

Check out the rates I posted moments ago via new thread for Toyota, they have several tiers and tier 3 and above are single digits as they should be.
